We offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible apparels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or store exchange.
Easy Return Process:
To initiate a return, Please follow these simple steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) include the original receipt or proof of purchase. And make sure hangtag has not been tempered with.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exclusions
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized/customized items unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
